Famed music critic, journalist, and leading expert on modern music in Russia, Artemy Troitsky speaks with Joe Crescente on the complicated subject of media literacy in contemporary society.

Artemy taught master classes in music journalism at the Faculty of Journalism of Lomonosov Moscow State University and the State University of Management. Now Artemy hosts music programs on Radio Liberty, the Estonian Russian-language Internet TV channel ARU TV, and on international Russian-language television network RTVI.
